GIFTiR ("Platform") is committed to protecting your personal data in full compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) promulgated by Royal Decree No. M/19 of 1443H. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
1.1 We collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment information necessary to process orders and provide our services.
1.2 We may collect location data (with your consent) to recommend nearby designers.
2.1 Your data is used to process orders, facilitate delivery, communicate order updates, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3.1 We share necessary order details (name, address, phone) with the designer fulfilling your order. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
4.1 We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations under Saudi law.
5.1 Under the PDPL, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Platform.
6.1 We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption and access controls. Identity documents are stored in private storage with restricted access.
7.1 We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. No tracking cookies are used for advertising without your consent.
8.1 We may update this policy with prior notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
تلتزم منصة قفتير ("المنصة") بحماية بياناتك الشخصية بشكل كامل وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم م/١٩ لعام ١٤٤٣هـ. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمعنا واستخدامنا وحمايتنا لمعلوماتك.
١.١ نجمع اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورقم هاتفك وعنوان التسليم ومعلومات الدفع اللازمة لمعالجة الطلبات وتقديم خدماتنا.
١.٢ قد نجمع بيانات الموقع (بموافقتك) لاقتراح مصممين قريبين منك.
٢.١ تُستخدم بياناتك لمعالجة الطلبات وتسهيل التسليم وتوصيل تحديثات الطلب وتحسين خدماتنا. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأطراف ثالثة.
٣.١ نشارك تفاصيل الطلب الضرورية (الاسم، العنوان، الهاتف) مع المصمم المنفذ لطلبك. تُعالَج بيانات الدفع عبر Stripe ولا تُخزَّن على خوادمنا.
٤.١ نحتفظ ببياناتك فقط للمدة اللازمة لتقديم خدماتنا والامتثال للالتزامات النظامية السعودية.
٥.١ بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، لك حق الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو طلب حذفها. لممارسة هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا عبر المنصة.
٦.١ نطبق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك، بما في ذلك التشفير وضوابط الوصول. تُخزَّن وثائق الهوية في تخزين خاص بموصول مقيّد.
٧.١ نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الأساسية للحفاظ على جلستك وتفضيلاتك. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبع للإعلان دون موافقتك.
٨.١ قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع إشعار مسبق. الاستمرار في استخدام المنصة يُعدّ قبولًا للسياسة المحدّثة.
